EIT energy meter with graphical analysis functions
EIT’s energy meters with graphical analysis capabilities offer a number of advantages not found in standard energy meters.
In addition to measuring peak irradiance (W/cm²) and total energy density (J/cm²), these instruments provide users with the distribution of light intensity as a function of time.
Luminance maps are useful and allow users to:
• Compare and analyse how the UV system changes over time. Previous readings can be easily compared with current readings to identify changes and resolve issues.
Issues. The changes are easily identified and include:
1. Number and type of light bulbs
2. Whether the light bulb is in focus and any changes in focus
3. Variations in processing speed and exposure time
• Enables the documentation of research and development work relating to equipment, formulations and applications
• Facilitate the transition from the laboratory to production and facilitate communication between factories and other suppliers within the supply chain
• Easily compare and isolate individual lamps in a multi-lamp system
