Introduction
UV Meter LED Ultraviolet Energy MeterWidely used inUV industrial applications. A range of UV wavelengths is available, along with reference patterns for UV radiation graphs, PC communication and other functions. Suitable for use on both high-speed and low-speed conveyor belts, the measurement values are compatible with US EIT products, and the device is very easy to use, with one-button operation.
The UV Meter series features a comprehensive optical measurement system, capable of measuring and displaying total UV energy and UV radiation intensity within UV curing systems.
The precision-engineered optical sensing system measures onlyThe values for the relevant wavelengths in the UV process, and convert them into a digital format for display on the OLED screen.
The spectral range of the UV Meter LED is: UVA (340–420 nm). The instrument’s readings include the total UV energy and peak irradiance within the UV wavelength range.
Artistic Value
The UV Meter series measures two key parameters in UV curing processes: total energy and peak irradiance. The irradiance reading refers to the highest instantaneous UV intensity value generated during the exposure process. The irradiance value represents the power at a specific instant during exposure. The instrument usesW/cm2OrmW/cm2 to denote the unit. The total energy is the sum of all energy converted by the instrument from the radiation intensity measured during the exposure; the total energy is expressed asJ/cm2OrmJ/cm2 to denote the unit.
Depending on your process, achieving the required total energy and irradiance is essential for successful curing.
