LED UV energy meter for measuring 365 nm, 385 nm, 395 nm and 405 nm

Product Overview

Product Specifications

The UV Meter LED Ultraviolet Energy Meter can measure the light power and illuminance of UV LED light sources at 365 nm, 385 nm, 395 nm and 405 nm.

Introduction

The UV Meter LED ultraviolet energy meter is widely used in the UV industry. It offers a choice of multiple ultraviolet wavelengths, reference UV radiation spectra, PC connectivity and other functions.

It can be used on both high-speed and low-speed conveyor belts; the measurements are consistent with those of EIT products from the US, and it is simple to operate.

The UV Meter series features a comprehensive optical measurement system capable of measuring and displaying total UV energy and UV radiation intensity in UV curing systems.

The precision-engineered optical sensing system measures only the values corresponding to the relevant wavelengths in the UV process and converts them into digital format for display on the OLED screen.

The spectral range of the UV Meter LED is 340–420 nm. Other wavelength bands can be customised. The instrument’s readings include the total UV energy and peak irradiance within the UV wavelength range.

Artistic Value

The UV Meter series measures two key parameters in UV curing processes: total energy and peak irradiance. The irradiance reading refers to the highest instantaneous value of UV intensity generated during the exposure process.

Radiation intensity is the power at a given instant during the exposure process. Instruments express this in units of W/cm² or mW/cm². Total energy is the sum of all energy converted by the instrument from the measured radiation intensity during the exposure process; it is expressed in units of J/cm² or mJ/cm².

Depending on your process, achieving the required total energy and irradiance is essential for successful curing.
