Instructions for use:

There are five settings. Counting from the moment the light comes on, the illumination time for the first three settings must not exceed one minute. If the casing feels hot to the touch, switch it off immediately or reduce the setting by one level; this will allow for prolonged use, but you must judge this for yourself based on the temperature of the casing. In short, remember this: if the casing gets hot, reduce the setting by one level. The maximum brightness setting is only recommended for use for no more than 1 minute. Remember this, remember this!
