Modular design

The conveyor belt UV curing equipment features a modular design, allowing it to be configured as a conveyor belt system or installed in a fixed location.

The lamp holder can be oriented in either direction

The light source on the equipment can be positioned in either direction on the conveyor; it can be placed at a 90-degree angle to the conveyor belt or parallel to it.

Adjustable UV lamp height

The fold-out cover plate design of the UV machine allows for quick height adjustment. This ensures repeatability in the distance setting between the light source and the conveyor belt.

Countdown timer for lamp life

The power supply unit has a built-in cumulative timer that records the service life of the lamps and reminds you to replace them on time.

Removable lightbox system

The equipment’s lightbox system can be easily removed, facilitating bulb replacement and maintenance. The lightbox system can be quickly detached from the conveyor belt and fitted to other shielding enclosures or brackets. This feature allows for off-line engineering testing, thereby maximising equipment utilisation.
