Shenzhen Deshengxing Technology Co., Ltd. has long been providing UV energy meter certification services to a wide range of clients, issuing calibration reports from the National Institute of Metrology, an authoritative third-party body.

Customer Information on UV Energy Meter Calibration

Customers requiring calibration of their UV energy meters should note the following:

1. Customers who require their UV energy meters to be calibrated to the original standards must provide at least five sets of data from tests carried out on the original UV energy meter under specified conditions. These five sets of data must be the results of individual measurements; they must not be cumulative.

Please also provide no fewer than five sets of data measured using the new standard UV energy meter under the same, unchanged conditions; these figures must not be aggregated either. Simply provide these two sets of data, clearly labelled, and return the UV energy meter requiring calibration to our company together with the test data.

2. Customers who do not have a reference standard of their own may use their newly purchased UV energy meter as a reference; there is no need to return it for calibration for a certain period of time.

3. Customers who have recently purchased a UV energy meter and have already submitted the product for testing to the National Institute of Metrology, but who require our company to carry out a functional calibration again, must provide a copy of the metrological report issued by the National Institute of Metrology or the correction factors,

If standard reference values under equivalent conditions cannot be provided, we will be unable to carry out the calibration as we have no basis for comparison.

4. Many customers send their UV energy meters to the National Institute of Metrology for testing; however, if there is a fault with the product itself, the Institute will not issue any written report.

If the Metrology Institute has issued the relevant metrology certificate, this indicates that the product itself has no quality issues. The certificate will also specify three sets of data: the standard value, the displayed value and the correction factor.

很多客户在这里很容易混淆，觉得显示值比标准值有偏差就认为是该UV能量计不合格，其实不是这样理解的。

因为每个国家的UV能量计的标准都是不一样的，而国家标准也不统一，所以这种现象是很正常的。如果在统一条件下，UV能量计测量结果偏差非常大的话，比如3次测量结果分别是500、210、400，

那证明这台UV能量计是有质量问题的，这种情况下计量院是不会给出任何书面报告的。

5. Fees

Functional Calibration: If a UV energy meter purchased from our company requires calibration, this service is provided free of charge for the first two years. After two years, a charge based on market rates will apply. For other customers, a fee of 200 yuan per calibration applies.

Metrological calibration: If the equipment needs to be sent to a metrology institute for calibration and the issuance of a calibration certificate, Deshengxing customers will be charged in accordance with the metrology institute’s standard rates. Other customers will be charged an additional service fee of 100 yuan.

All shipping costs for returns are to be borne by the customer.
