Uses and Features

1.1, Purpose

This machine is suitable for the instantaneous curing and drying of UV-sensitive coatings, inks and adhesives during application, bonding and casting, or on printed surfaces made from a variety of materials.

1. Printing applications: Widely used in screen printing, offset printing, letterpress printing, self-adhesive labels, metal nameplates, PC, PVC, ABS, PS, acrylic, polyester, glass, ceramics, electronic components, single-sided circuit boards, etc.

2. Coating applications: glossy finishes on timber surfaces, paper coating, plastic floor tiles, PU leather coating, and surface coating of optical fibres, etc.

3. Bonding applications: bonding of chip components on printed circuit boards; bonding of various electronic components; bonding of glass; bonding of liquid crystal panels; and bonding of terminal encapsulation.

4. Moulding: decorative coloured plates and vessels; decorative accessories (buttons, brooches, hairpins, belt buckles, etc.).

3. The drive system utilises roller shafts and features variable-frequency, stepless speed control.

4. The conveyor belt is designed to prevent misalignment, ensuring smooth conveyance.

5. High-quality, high-efficiency lamps are used, and the lamp chamber features forced ventilation to dissipate heat, thereby extending the life of the lamps and preventing items being dried from warping due to heat.

6. The surface of the enclosure is fully powder-coated, giving it an attractive and elegant appearance whilst ensuring corrosion resistance.
